How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email from the email address associated with your Sprout Garden account to:

admin@heartbridgeinteractive.com

Please use the subject line “Sprout Garden Account Deletion Request” and include the email address used for your Sprout Garden account.

We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner before completing deletion.

Deleting a Sprout Garden account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed separately through the applicable app-store account.

What Will Be Deleted or Anonymized

After verification, an eligible deletion request will include deletion or anonymization of information associated with the Sprout Garden account, including:

• The Sprout Garden app account and associated account identifier
• Cloud-protected garden state and plant progress
• Safe continuity cues and growth-stage information stored in Sprout Garden cloud protection
• Other cloud-stored app data linked to the account that is not required to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or dispute-resolution purposes

Data Stored Only on Your Device

Deleting the online account does not automatically erase information that exists only on your device.

You can remove local Sprout Garden data by clearing the app’s local storage or uninstalling the application.

Raw Whisper Hollow content and raw Talk history are not part of Care Plan Cloud Protection backups.

Information We May Retain

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, financial or transaction recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or compliance with applicable law.

Any retained information will be limited to the purpose for which retention is required.
